1. Before applying foundation, do a little mixology: Add 2 drops of water (normal), witch hazel (oily), toner (dry) to your founation and apply with a sponge.

Apply your liquid foundation as normal, but about twice as much as you need. Then, take a folded tissue and lightly press it into the skin. The tissue will grab excess oils from the foundation while leaving pure pigment on the skin. This is perfect for creating a flawless complexion.
